BEFORE YOU BUY

• I won't draw:
• Content featuring explicit pornographic imagery. Suggestive art or artistic nudity are up to debate.
• Content of fetishistic nature, be it explicit or not (e.g., feet, or armpit fixation, inflation, macro/micro, etc.)
• Depictions of extreme gore or body horror. Some blood or scarring is fine.
• Depictions of romance that feature pedophilic, incestuous, or outwardly abusive relationships.
• Art made in support of a specific politician or political party.
• Art featuring bigoted or stereotypical caricatures depicting real marginalized groups.
• Art styles that differ from my usual art style (realism, anime, etc.)
• Armors, robots, or machinery with excessive detail (unless you're okay with me simplifying the design in question.)
• If you're not sure your piece fits in my criteria, please ask!
• Be specific about the piece: Is it just a character in a white background? Is it two characters walking on a busy city from a specific angle? You decide. Since I don't know your characters, the more specific you are, the better.
• I don't associate with AI "artists", crypto/NFT grifters, or bigots, and I have a right to block you if you are.
• I won't accept the commission if you provide with AI-generated references, or if you have AI-generated images in your profile.
• If one of the characters involved in the piece is someone else's original character, be sure to clarify and to ask for their permission.
• Be sure to tell me if you want the piece to be private or a surprise beforehand, since I might be inclined to show WIPs of your piece publicly in art streams or similar.
• In case I'm opening limited commission slots, I can't promise to save you a spot if you can't pay at the moment.

PAYMENT

• I won't start any work on the piece until the invoice is fully paid.
• All payments will be in American dollars (USD) and through PayPal invoices.
• I don't accept cryptocurrencies as payment.
• I don't accept 'fame' or 'exposure' as payment.
• Due to PayPal taking a fee from any payment I get, and it not being safe enough for me to use it as a bank account, refunds will not be available. Think twice before you spend your money. or if you want me to make big changes to the piece that may lower the price (e.g., from a full body piece to a half-body piece).
• Alternatively, if you want me to add big changes to the piece, like for example: changing or adding a new character; or to redraw the whole piece when it's already in the lineart/coloring or more advanced phases; then I might be inclined to ask for an added fee.

REGARDING THE COMMISSIONS

• I'm admittedly a slow artist, and depending on the size of my queue, I might take my time with your piece. If you need your commission within a given deadline, please tell me, and I'll give you priority.
• I don't consent to my art being resold or shared as your own.
• I don't consent to my art being fed to generative AI.
• If you use any of my commissioned artwork for public promotional material like YouTube videos, Twitch streams, social media layouts, etc., then credit is not required (but highly appreciated!)

• Most of these are warnings. If you don't agree with any of these points, then I'm not the artist you're looking for.
